Speaking and Communication is an essential part of the mission of J Kaufman Consulting. Drawing upon the deep and expansive background of Jonathan Kaufman his goal is to engage audiences with new ideas, make them think, and ultimately offer innovative solutions while continuing to explore the intersection of business, disability, innovation, leadership, and culture. 

Through highlighting his training as an anthropologist, psychotherapist, and areas of public policy to his professional life as a consultant, psychotherapist, executive coach, writer, and business educator his goal is to help audiences understand the environment of today while helping to shape a pathway toward the future.

Jonathan Kaufman’s philosophy has always been to customize every speaking engagement to meet the needs of the audience/organization and provide a true return on investment. Using a variety of different speaking models from keynotes, roundtables, and workshops to fireside chats Kaufman's goal is to make complex ideas accessible and engage audiences in entertaining ways.
